Edward Ringor

BA, CCS, CPC-I, CRC

Edward Ringor graduated with a Bachelor's of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. He currently holds the Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) through the American Health Information Management Associates, and the Certified Professional Coder and Instructor(CPC-I) and Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) through the American Academy of Professional Coders.


Edward has over 10 years of coding experience and is an educator at Tri-County Allied Health School. He is currently the Risk Adjustment Manager at Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP).

WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR?


  • Who have a CCS, CPC, and/or CRC coding credential
  • Who have a strong foundation in a diagnosis (ICD-10-CM) coding guidelines
  • Who have little or no medical coding experience and would like to gain insight to another facet of medical coding
  • Who is eager to learn more about risk adjustment coding and the different payment models under CMS
  • Who would like to earn 24 AAPC and CA BRN CEUs


SCHOOL POLICIES


  • All classes must be paid in full prior to or on first day of class
  • No refunds
  • Only one course may be purchased at a time
  • All classes are recorded in transcripts as COMPLETE or INCOMPLETE
  • Completion is based on payments made in full and 80% attendance
  • All assignments and tests are on a PASS or FAIL basis
  • No certificates of completion are issued
  • AHIMA or AAPC certifications will serve to aid students in gaining employment
  • Handout materials are included in the tuition
  • Federal or state funds are not accepted for payments for classes
  • Fees to sit for the National Certification examinations are not part of the tuition of Tri-County Allied Health School nor are they collected by this institution
  • All testing fees are paid directly to the organization that governs the examination
  • Tri-County Allied Health School does not offer any financing or payment plans for tuition fees
