Genevir del Mundo is a coding and clinical documentation integrity pioneer. Genevir received her medical degree from the Philippines and with over 20 years of experience, she has helped improved documentation of hundreds of physicians and a few number of hospitals through her lectures. She is certified as a trainer, coding specialist, and CDI practitioner through AHIMA and ACDIS. She has worked at acute care hospitals as an HIM director and coding manager, outpatient centers, and long term facilities. Genevir is currently the District Director for Clinical Documentation Integrity at a long term care facility. She has been an AE & Associates consultant for over 10 years.
